Five claims we hold ourselves to

Decisions, not dashboards. You are not handed a chart to interpret.

We never invent a number. If unit cost is missing, we say the margin impact is not computable and tell you exactly why. We do not estimate it.

A decision you answered is permanent. The record of what you approved cannot be edited or overwritten afterwards.

Partial data does not close decisions. If a sync comes back partial, we refuse to close decisions rather than guess that the problem went away.
