1. Overview

You may not use OCCEAN, or allow anyone else to use it, in any way that is illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing. This policy applies to every user, integration, API call, and connected system.

2. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud — misrepresenting products, business identity, financial performance, or refund requests.
  • Illegal activity — including sale of restricted goods, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.
  • Spam — unsolicited bulk messages, purchased email lists, or deceptive marketing sequences.
  • Reverse engineering — decompiling, disassembling, or extracting model weights or prompts.
  • Bot abuse — automated account creation, credential stuffing, or artificial traffic.
  • Credential sharing — using one seat for multiple humans, or selling access to the Service.
  • System exploitation — probing, penetration testing, or exploiting vulnerabilities without a signed authorization.
  • Scraping — bulk extraction of platform data, dashboards, or Commerce Brain™ outputs.
  • Copyright infringement — uploading assets, copy, or media you do not have rights to.
  • Malicious uploads — malware, spyware, ransomware, or scripts intended to compromise systems.
  • API abuse — exceeding published rate limits, ignoring back-off headers, or bypassing quotas.

3. Content Standards

You may not use OCCEAN to store or process content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, exploitative of minors, or that violates any person's privacy or intellectual property rights.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, as well as reporting to law enforcement or affected third parties where required.

5. Reporting Abuse

If you believe someone is violating this policy, please contact abuse@occean.com. We review every report and take appropriate action.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy to address new risks or clarify existing rules. Material changes will be announced in-app.
